If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible. When trying to explain anything to the customer service persons they take everything personal as if they are being affected personally. As if they own the business. I think they might be under paid because they always seem irritated as if they dont want to be there. No stars if it was an option. Got completely screwed. Take your money elsewhere. I Bought a 2015 ******* Elantra for way too much money and within 5 days it began stalling out dangerously in traffic. I am a ******* master tech so I know what's wrong with it after checking the codes. The cam needs to be replaced. I asked USauto to fix it. I was within the warranty 5-day time frame so I took it to Pepboys. They misdiagnosed it and said it was a sensor. The problem still exists and has only gotten worse. So once I inquired about US auto sales they called me say in and day out until I finally decided to give them a shot. The listed price on the 2012 ****** Camry was ***** which is almost double the blue book value as is. Once I drove 3 hours to their ********** location I spent another two hours waiting on the deal to go through. I test drove the car which had no gas in it, and no floor mats anywhere in the vehicle. I started buying a 2014 **** focus I had it 3 months and the transmission started going out they told me they would swap me out for another vehicle everything I had paid on the focus would go to the new vehicle warranties was supposed to be transferred to but I have no warranties on it and no roadside assistance so then they put me in a 2015 ***** Trax now it needs a rack and pinion front struts the radio quit working the ** went out and it needs a rear end alignment now I'm going round and round on how to get it fixed they'... read more

Had issues with the throttle body and miraculously that part wasn't covered by the warranty. I tried to call the ********** location because that is where I bought the vehicle and was told that the manager would call me but he never did. I paid for the repair myself and 3 days later it happened again! This time the car has been at the shop for 28 days. The manager has never called me but they will call everyday wanting a payment! This is by far the worst ****** company ever. They make up how much the want you to pay. If you ask for a sup YOU don't get to talk to one. They won't work with. They only work with you to get you in the car. You better off going to mom pop buy here pay here. I wouldn't recommend my dog to get a car from these folk.

I would NOT recommend anyone to but a car from this place PERIOD!!!! I have only had my car for 3 months and the car need over $2200 in repairs car shuts off on the interstate in the middle of driving the car is junk like now Im stuck with a car that only starts up when it wants too I have children and the car is not safe at all and I pay for a warranty that doesnt cover anything like nothing at all!!!! I wish I would have NEVER came to this place to get a car its the WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! ????????????

I should have takenbmy money elsewhere! I purchased a 2014 Dodge Avenger! The cost after financing is 34k! My engine blew in 2 weeks! They spoke so friendly to me in the beginning while I was doing the paperwork! Fast forward to present day.. those same people that was friendly are now being very rude and disrespectful!
