I have already reviewed this once and said that the company is really trash and that they are not reputable and that if they had a company in ******** I would have done sued them because they have a lemon law but I bought my car in ************ ********* and have had nothing but trouble with it the transmissions out my wife was upset because it stopped in the middle of the road with her and she lost her job and nobody seems to know who I can contact or get help with or exchange the vehicle for the last 2 months 3 months that... read more

I'm so disappointed and will never purchase or refer anyone here worst car buying experience ever!!! 2weeks after purchasing the car all kinda lights started to come on one says the tire pressure isn't right regardless of me checking myself and putting air in them. The battery saver mode light comes on and continues to shut off the radio then the check engine light comes on. I BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH US AUTO FOR A YEAR AND THEY BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO HELP MY *** BEEN BROKE FOR 8 months I GOT THE *** FIX AND ITS STILL GIVING ME ISSUES

This is the worst company to buy a car from. As a customer if I need you to work with me a little I feel you as a company should because you want my business and my family and friends. I will not refer my family to these criminals. That device they put on the car should be illegal to use, it is dangerous and thoughtless. I am going to investigate this place and put them out of business.

This company is the worst. They change their policies without notifying their customers. Their reps have a nasty attitude. At this point Im ready to refinance with another company or better yet trade this car in.

Bought my Elantra from the in ************ **. Had the car now 6 weeks crank sensor went out. Did the calls to get it to pep boys . The Dowc wont cover for it to be replaced. Paid for extended warranty for this reason. *** boys said it will cost 990 and I still dont see why I have to post that and still post car payment.? Worst place to buy a car and I will also say very hard to get in contact with place that I actually bought it from. But they have no problems disabling your vehicle if youre later on a payment right? The day I bought my vehicle I found that the headlights was not working properly on the car. I went and tried to replace the bulbs and fuses and it did not work. I then took it to pep boys and they informed me that is the housing and is an issue out of this year brand of car. I contacted us Auto and inform them that it would cost over $2,000 to repair. This is horrible. The same problem that so many others have had. Car was sold to me a few months ago with a bad engine. I have been without my car for almost a week. Still no one handling the issue. It's wait and it's a process. No one takes this long to process a claim. Not taking into consideration I need my car to work and to be able to provide for my family. I got my car in 2020 this is the 2nd issue I had. First I called to update my debit card information because I got a new card. A few days later a tow truck came and took my car. When I called to ask why because I never missed a payment or never been late. The said the record shows I call to voluntarily surrender my car. The manager had to listen to the call and get the tow company to bring my car back. Which they did cover everything.
