I have definitely seen a steady decline in services at ADC overall. We have been patients for 10 years. The customer service is terrible and the appointment staff are the worst (bad attitudes and condescending for the last year). The ability to "walk-in" to urgent care at Cedar Bend does not exist anymore and so what's the point! On some occasions, it's our only option. One of the worst clinics in the city. I’ve been going back and forth for more than a month for a simple lap test and finally I didn’t get the results for what I actually needed. People have the worst attitude and no one seems to be having the least levels of empathy to human health needs.

I tried signing up for the patient portal, and did not receive my temporary password within 24 as stated in the confirmation email. I called the clinic and was just told to "try again" because they didn't see anything. I asked how did it not go through if I had received a confirmation email? No good answer for that one. I work in tech; I know how to fill out a form. This is just one of the issues I've experienced so far in just one appointment. I'm thinking about changing clinics already because it's just been one thing afte... read more
