i am #DONE with the @ADCHealth... my primary care doctor has messed up 3 TIMES in the last 12 months on how to write my freaking prescriptions... SO I CAN'T GET THEM REFILLED AND HAVE TO GO BACK TO THEIR OFFICE TO PICK UP NEW ONES. this is ridiculous. #BYEBYE

I love the two doctors I have found there but I am on hold to talk to there office and it's been 16 minutes. I recently was told I needed a colonoscopy and so I scheduled it. Did you know that I have had to reschedule 3 times now because the staff will NOT call prior to my testing at Baileys Square to check on me..this would include finding out about any meds I take or health issues I have. The attitude at Dr. Shobassys office when you call for information is AWFUL..I just spent 20 minutes trying to find out if they have my ... read more

I cannot make an appointment; calling 5 times; 35 minute hold this am. Just hung up. Message mailbox full - cannot leave message. Sent 4 internet requests for appts over last 2 weeks. No callback. I’m sure everyone is busy for end of year, but this is ridiculous. Absolutely not way to contact Ob/Ghn group except, hopefully, through social media.

After a week of not receiving an answer from an email to my cardiologist, I called ADC and found out that they DROPPED the entire cardiology department a MONTH ago and didn't even notify the patients. I never received an e-mail, call or letter. Furthermore, the ADC website doesn't say anything about it AND you can still try to email your cardiology staff from ADC's own website. So now, where am I supposed to find my cardiology records?

We are sorry for this experience. Our practice manager will contact you to review the materials that were sent out to patients and to assist you in anyway.

I have definitely seen a steady decline in services at ADC overall. We have been patients for 10 years. The customer service is terrible and the appointment staff are the worst (bad attitudes and condescending for the last year). The ability to "walk-in" to urgent care at Cedar Bend does not exist anymore and so what's the point! On some occasions, it's our only option. I feel some organizational changes need to happen in order to keep your staff happy and willing to treat patients kindly and with the respect they deserve. T... read more
