They refused my nerve conduction study since I was 19 minutes late, due to 2 wrecks on I35. I called them immediately to let them know I was stuck in traffic. I also told them I’d already been waiting, in extreme pain, for months due to their backlog. She stated their 15 minute policy, and I explained my painful desperation, but it fell on deaf ears. RecommendedI took my son to the flu clinic on 10/19 at your Cedar Bend location although we live south of Austin in Manchaca. I had made an appointment and although giving myself extra time for traffic was stuck on MoPac for an extra 45 minutes due to two accidents and was 30 minutes late for our appointment. We called to inform the staff and they were willing to let us walk in. We had Danielle as a nurse and after such a hectic experience getting to the clinic she changed our day around.
