Appreciate how quickly they were able to get us in after my mom fell and needed X-rays.
All other areas of ADC have been satisfactory, but up until Thursday, their phlebotomist that drew blood at their North Austin Med Center, did such a painful and horrifying job that left me with a bruise the size of a lemon. That girl needs better training or not be near anyone if you don’t know where to find s vein. It’s too bad I can’t post a picture of the sloppy work.
This clinic SUCKS. They charge for asking you a question, they will not bill your insurance correctly, they charge you a copay and then they charge you for the full office visit. They will not refill prescriptions that are not supposed to be stopped abruptly, they won't see you for the whole body, they only want to treat special conditions. Dr. Osgood and Dr. Oberhoff are amazing and give me peace of mind every time I come in. The waiting time for my appointments are so fast I never even have time to finish my paperwork. Always worth the drive and hassle to get here.
I’ve been to the ADC urgent care many time but this time was the worst visit. I went in for a possible strep throat which turned out it was a sore throat. To hear the results took an hour. If the doctor was busy they should had notified another doctor or NP. After stepping out of the room to find out how much longer would take the NP walked in the room to give me the results and checked my lungs then prescribed the medication for a sore throat that took 10 minutes if that.
