All other areas of ADC have been satisfactory, but up until Thursday, their phlebotomist that drew blood at their North Austin Med Center, did such a painful and horrifying job that left me with a bruise the size of a lemon. That girl needs better training or not be near anyone if you don’t know where to find s vein. It’s too bad I can’t post a picture of the sloppy work.

This clinic SUCKS. They charge for asking you a question, they will not bill your insurance correctly, they charge you a copay and then they charge you for the full office visit. They will not refill prescriptions that are not supposed to be stopped abruptly, they won't see you for the whole body, they only want to treat special conditions. You can not see a family practice doctor if you have any health condition, the family practice doctor won't see you and the specialist will not see you for a call.
