The doctors and staff were helpful, friendly and informed and let me know that my concerns were valid.
There great and Dr.Chen is great as well. I would think everyone else should plan on going to this wonderful and pleasant place.
Dr Lopez is good with my children, but I will likely be switching due to my experience with staff at the desk and over the phone. I've never been given such a run around or felt so brushed off by a physicians office. Trying to get a hold of someone on the phone willing to hear my feedback has wasted more time than I'm willing to spend on this. Understaffed call centers for medical offices greatly diminish quality of care and customer satisfaction.
The Children's ER is wonderful . . . the staff are kind, caring and efficient. The ER can be a scary place and no child should witness some of the things that occur there in the middle of the night. Thank you for taking such good care of my 'baby.'
Have a question for you guys. Why did you bill 4th month vaccination for a new born under a wrong code? When other clinics bill them as “preventive care” you guys bill it as “Nonspecific signs and symptoms". It’s been agreed by you that it’s a wrong code and you guys keep submitting it under the wrong code for more than 3 times. It’s been 10 months am following to get it sorted out and am not. Please do fix your billing department.
We met Dr Lopez at ADC in Circle C today.... she took extra time with us to make sure my son was taken care of. I was really excited to meet someone who was so kind and caring and was actually listening and taking time to hear us. Thanks Dr. Lopez!
