Could NOT diagnose a simple hair in the eye!!!! Forced my wife to sign a paper saying she wont sue.. No we won't sue.... But yours is coming for the rude nurse wannabe!!!! THIS PLACE WILL BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!! if NO doctor is on staff your NOT URGENT CARE!!! JOKE, JOKE, JOKE
We were there (the Clippert St location) around 6pm on a Sunday. We were seen promptly and the staff was terrific. Highly recommend.
I called the W Saginaw location about 2 months ago asking if they do a specific testing and was told yes. So I drove to this location, filled out some paperwork and wasn't in the waiting room too long. Got into a room, dealt with a nice nurse but when she left I waited about 45mins for a doctor who asked the same questions and left. Waited another 20mins for her to come back in and examine me. Urgent care in Haslett was absolutely phenomenal. So professional and friendly, the fastest and most efficient service I have ever had at an urgent care. Such a clean and nice building as well. I'm blown away with how well this establishment runs! Thank you for your wonderful service!
I went in because of having difficulty breathing. The physicians assistant couldn't seem to accomplish listening to my lungs. He told me to "breath deeper." I couldn't. That is why I was there! I was given a breathing treatment (that didn't help), a chest x-ray (the only useful thing), and two prescriptions. When I asked for a diagnosis, he was not only irritated that I asked for one but he was not able to give me one. He gave me a few things that it "could be."
Thank you for your excellent care yesterday of my 2 year old grandson we came in with him not using his left arm and your staff was all very caring friendly people �
Friendly staff both front and back, I was called in pretty quick being there was a full lobby. Waiting to be seen by the Doctor and the x-ray results took way to long than other places I've been too but overall a good experience
Feeling crappy, didn't want to wait long, got me in and out the doctor I seen Sarah Bolin was awesome, she was very informative, I've gone to this urgent care for years. And will refer any one....
