I needed to take my 5 year old daughter to the location on W. Saginaw today. She was apprehensive about the visit, but the staff was very concerned and attentive. They spoke directly to her and asked her what was wrong. They gave her a high five for doing a good job and even found My Little Pony stickers because they saw she was wearing a shirt with them. Special thanks to Stephanie and Julie!
Went to the new LUC in mason. Loved the online check in and didn't have a long wait. Staff is friendly.

Pretty quick visit in and out. Narrowed down what my illness wasn’t. Since it’s viral couldn’t provide much but willing to give me something for the inflammation so I was more comfortable. Definitely prefer this urgent care over other locations
Another great experience at Lansing Urgent Care in Dewitt. Chris, Pearl, Heather and Katina got my wife in and out super fast and took excellent care of her. Thanks guys!
