took my son in Jan 17th to the westside location, online check in was amazing amd the staff was even better! Allison, Malena Kamie, pearl (everyone) were amazing, happy and really made our experance the best it could be. thank you everyone- we will be back!
I was seen at the Okemos location after being involved in a fender bender. The staff was awesome and quick, especially the receptionist Alex. Very helpful, 5 stars!
Always great service here. 24/7 is beneficial for the college students ! Kim and Sarah were great :)
I had a great experience at the okemos location. It started with a warm greeting and a smile from Bailey the receptionist. I was called back almost instantly, and had a pleasent experience chatting during my intake with Heather and Erika. Evan Smith, the PA that saw me was timely and very informative. I give LUC-Okemos a 10 outta 10, and would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a quick visit.

I took my daughter to the Dewitt LUC this morning. She was seen by Basheer Sufyan, PA and Jake. They both made her feel extremely comfortable with awesome bedside manner. We were seen quickly and the facility was very clean.
Went to Okemos location for the first time ,with our baby for sprained hand. They called in as soon as we were done with the paper work. Doctor and nurse were Knowledgeable and Courteous. But unfortunately the x-ray machine stopped working in all the location that time. We had to go to another urgent care for an x-ray. Next day I wrote an email to the management . They called me and apologized for what happened and refunded my copay. I would recommend this place for their great customer service
Love the staff and the place is very clean. I’ve never waited longer then five minutes to get back there! Usually a quick painless process! We are glad to have them close by.
I have a torn meniscus that I will be getting surgery on this week. They diagnosed me with a knee contusion. Wrote prescription for me for a knee brace but didn't put my name on it so I wasn't able to pick it up. Never gave me any pain relief either. The doctor was rushed and didn't take me seriously. Lost my faith in health care.
