Aweful! My husband and I took our 2 year old there yesterday for what appears to be spider bites on our daughters face and all they said was it is a mosiquito bite smh the doctors there will say the first thing that pops into their head as long as they don't have to do an examination. I guess next time we should just take her to a pediatrician
I really wish you could give someone a negative rating. This place is an absolute joke. The front desk girls were nice. Whomever the medical assistant was not very friendly at all. Told me I'll be back in ten mins and yeah 45 mins later. Had no idea about a temp or hell that my blood pressure was running a little higher then normal. Your doctor is a absolute joke! There were both good and bad parts to my experience: The Good: 1. All the staff from receptionist to nurse to xray tech/PA to doc were very caring and pleasant. They all seemed competent. Doc and xray PA explained things and answered questions to my satisfaction....Continue Reading
Unfriendly staff. Computers went down and they didnt notify us. Just kept us waiting. Waiting room was very unclean with dirty Kleenex left around the room. Prepare for very long waits!
Have had several terrible experiences there, have finally learned our lesson. We won't be back to this shotty run, understaffed business which seems to make its name by handing out incorrect diagnoses. I sure miss the old Delta Medical Center they bought out in DeWitt.
One of the most pleasent expieriences ive ever had with emergency medical care... nice and comfortable clean facility.. dont have to pass through a metal detected or a armed gaurd station to enter the facility for treatment either... !
Denied service over a passed do balance.. What a bad service they have..
I went yesterday for a sinus infection, used this place many times and dealt with great staff. But my Physicians Assistant yesterday was rude and spent maybe 5 mins with me. She then forgot to call in a prescription I asked for. The nurse and doc also forgot to ask key questions that could cause major health problems moving forward. Probably won't go back.
Thank you for your care and service on Sunday 2/19/17. Accurate diagnosis and prescribing the appropriate medication is making a world of difference in how much better I feel today. Not out of the woods just yet but definitely en route. Thanks for all you do!
