I had a great experience this morning. My 18 month old daughter was very ill and the doctors office was not open yet. I got right in at Lansing Urgent Care and we got taken care of, people were caring and patient and we were out in about 30 minutes! WITH our antibiotic so no extra stops with sick baby in tow!!! Thanks LUC!!! Kevin’s n, Katy and Carrie were all so great with my baby!!

I took my daughter into the Westside location to have an object removed that was lodged in her ear. Both the medical assistant Ken and P.A. Jill were so kind and caring it put my daughter at ease. The object was removed with no tears at all. Thank you LUC!

I went to the Bath location today for a painful cough and stuffy nose I’ve had over a week now. Kim the MA and Basheer were very helpful. They listened to all my concerns and explained every step of the recommended treatment.
