I was seen today at the west side location for back pain. Dr. Elfring and the rest of the staff were so helpful and kind. I will definitely refer Lansing Urgent Care to friends and family.
Unfortunately been here with friends and family 3 times in the last 4 months. You can check in online. Mobile app is decent. Wait is not typically long. Staff is professional, kind, and communicative. The salt water fish tank in the lobby doesn’t look like much but has lots of cool corals and brittle stars.
Love this clinic! In and out, with meds in hand. Where I always end up in the East Lansing area! I recommend 100%
