Visited the new Mason location today, 2:30 pm , no wait at all! Staff was super nice, didn't make me feel like a burden like some other birdies urgent care. Stephanie was great! Best my back has felt in two weeks!! Thanks for everything!!
Lansing urgent care south is great place Dr.Angel is great andvher staff was great too i will go back to this location if i need to be seen
I visited the westside office the day before Easter. The wait was minimal and the staff (including Dr. Jill) were very upbeat and great with my sick 5 year-old. Due to the time of our office visit they offered to personally call the pharmacist to improve our chance of starting the antibiotics before Easter. It worked! Thank you!!!
I've been using this Lansing Urgent Care for years. Reasonable wait times, friendly staff who take their time with you. Easy in, easy out.
