My son got a pretty bad cut under his eye last Sunday. We checked in online and when we got there the staff was extremely friendly and polite! We got back the medical assistant was awesome talking to my son to calm his worries. Thank Jill came in and did great stitches then gave him some gloves and gauze for show and fell at school! We will go back for sure!
Wow!!! The staff at the okemos location is awesome!!!! My daughter was so scared when she needed stitches. They went above and beyond to make her and us comfortable!! Highly recommend!!!
Really great staff!Jake was super gentle when taking my x-rays, Shabana was really nice and helpful, and Stephanie was great in explaining what was going on with me!

This is our second time visiting the Mason location. Both times we didn't have to wait longer than 15 minutes and the staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Today our providers were Nikki, Shabana, Stephanie and Chloe. We'll definitely be back when we need urgent care again �
