Waste of time. Ended up at the ER, were they listen to chief compliant and didn't make things up. We will NEVER return.
Every time I go here I am in and out right away:) I think the longest I've waited in the waiting room was 30-45 mins and about 15-20 to wait for a doctor... I love coming here and getting the help I need:)
I came into the Frandor location a few weeks back when I was experiencing an extremely sore/swollen throat. My wait time was only about 15 minutes. They ran a rapid result strep and mono test, which both came back negative, took a throat culture, gave me some steroids, and I was on my way. I was impressed how quick it was, and how professional and compassionate the staff is. Slow. Rude. There were people being loud and obnoxious in the lobby while others were having screaming headaches and not one worker asked them to quiet down. People around were super disrespectful. Not worth a 4 hour wait.
Excellent service. Provider Stephanie Long had such a bubbly attitude and she was amazing with my daughter and tried to make the trip fun for her. Thank you!
They were very good to me. Still in a lot of pain, debating on going to ER. Co pay is so expensive.
I took my 9 year old to the DeWitt location tonight after she twisted her ankle. We got there at 8:59 and they cheerfully let us in even though they were locking up and all the previous patients were gone and EVERYBODY there went out of their way to take care of her. We never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. we have been there multiple times and never had a bad experience but tonight was exceptional!
We've taken our daughters here a couple times & every time they have done an awesome job taking care of us. They literally take every step they can to make the situation better & I'm very grateful for them. I had a terrible experience with the Urgent Care in Dewitt that made me really dislike Urgent Cares all together but this place has changed that. Thank you Brandy & staff!
Have been to this location twice and both times it was very clean and the staff was wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say �
