Awful experience. Rude staff and highly over priced. I told the blonde girl at the desk I have never been here before and didn't know the process she simply replied with "sign in over there" so my greeting was super warm and welcoming � THEN she runs my insurance card and tells me I have to pay $100 up front and then they will bill me the rest. I called LUC at 5:00 AM this morning, admittedly not expecting much assistance since.. well, 5:00 AM. But Catherine answered and was exceedingly helpful, friendly, and supportive. She was there upon arrival and was just as warm in person as she was over the phone. We had to wait for another woman to come in to get some billing squared away, but I felt heard and supported by this woman as well. It took longer to drive there and back then it did to be seen treated and dispense meds. The facility is very clean and the staff was very pleasant. They were even patient with my child who has a fear of needles.

The new check in is fast and efficient.. Ive been there several times and also taken my daughter. They are always friendly get the job done i will continue to use the frandor location.
I was very surprised at how smoothly and quickly I moved through the Urgent Care. Starting with the intake person, she was friendly and in no time I was checked in. The nurse was friendly and did his job efficiently, asking all the right questions and he was caring and friendly. I loved the Doctor! She was friendly and had such a caring manner about her.
