Place is a rip off. My husband went in to get his MDOT card and once he goes through everything they tell him he's denied because he's on insulin shots. They new he was on it when he first arrived still made home go through the tests and made him pay. That's bull crap!
Very disappointed, I use to like this place , But Last month vistit the Frandor location for a second degree burn. The only medicine They give me is a triple antibiotic ointment to prevent infection, But nothing to help healing. Just now start healing after my Doctor give me Silver Sulfadiazine!!!!
I absolutely loved the staff!! Sheila the MA made me feel super comfortable and cared for. She was very witty and very good beside manner. Tara the PA was so sweet and really made me feel like I really mattered. I have never felt so good leaving a medical facility due to the wonderful care by the staff. I will definitely be going back there in the future.
Horrible experience was told I need to take my daughter to ER the PA had no idea what she was talking about wasted hours in the ER these people need to find a new career in the wrong business if you won't treat a 7 yr old because A you don't know what's going on.. Had to ask your phone... B just wanted to close and go home. We will never ever go back! Bet they will be sure to bill my insurance company though!!
Was taken care of to the fullest, the staff are just as caring as the PA's and doctors.
Nothing like a $225 dollar bill for little healthcare provided. I went in with a major ear ache in my right ear and the staff spent the majority of my visit looking at and flushing out my left ear, despite me repeatedly reminding them that my right ear was the problem. They persisted to tell me the left ear looked worse, and only after pressing even harder did they pay attention to my right ear, shrugging, and admitting it did look a little red. Not impressed at all. Staff including PA were very unprofessional.I knew more than what the PA did and felt like I had to tell her what I needed. I also felt like the room I was in was not cleaned before I got in there. The only positive thing I would have to say is the X-ray technician did a great job with my injection which I did not feel at all. Would not go back here again as I left feeling I got no answers.

I had a very terrible experience at this urgent care. I was extremely disappointed with the level of care my boyfriend and I were provided. He had been violently vomiting since Sunday night and we visited them on Tuesday afternoon. Immediately when we walked in the first thing the nurse at the desk said to us was, "oh my god, don't puke on my floor."
