It is one of the worst places to go to. The staff just don't care about you

Absolutely horrid. They don't care about elderly patients or their families at all. As long as they collect from the insurance companies, the elderly don't stand much of a chance in their care.
All though I spent 11 days there and believe me no one wants to be in the hospital the staff on the 3rd floor were top notch. Shout out to Emily, Karen, April, Von and Donna. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers for the compassion and tentative care you all gave me. You are awesome! Thank you!
The nurses were good with her to wxplain what was going on regarding tests, able to understand what each test was for and why she may be having the diagnosis and what it meant for her as a young mother of 4.
The staff was very kind. HOWEVER, this was my 5th trip. Each time they had misdiagnosed me. I am now spending time up at UPMC Shadyside for lympnoma when it should have been caught earlier. I would not recommend this place unless there is absolutely no other way.
I went to the emergency department at Presbyterian hospital this evening. My complaint was not taken seriously. I have a history of dot and heart problems and they discharged me after running no tests of any sort. I then had to walk in pain to Magee hospital to get the care that I needed. Magee was great.
My friend is there now. He went to the er last night and was admitted. I wanted to give a thank you to his nurse. Her name is Kim and she is absolutely amazing! She makes sure he's comfortable and has everything he needs! Very thankful that she's his nurse.
Once you outlast your dollar value they don't want anything to do with you.
