My son's Care at the cystic fibrosis Center has been phenomenal. The south location is awesome.
I was referred to UPMC Montefiore from WMC and am grateful! The staff is excellent; quick, professional and very nice. Dr. Jazwinski/Faust and her PA, C. Lellock are both very knowledgeable and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better medical team!
Well after several attempts at paying my bill and several rude encounters with "customer service" I've paid my bills multiple times and had them applied to accounts that weren't even mine, when I call to sort this issue out, the representative talks to me like I'm stupid all the while they were the ones In the wrong. If their medical treatment is as bad as their customer service staff/billing department I fear for my life if I'm ever injured and have to actually use my insurance. More than displeased.
Have nothing but nice things to say. After my thyroid cancer became difficult I had to start traveling to Pittsburgh to see other doctors and have a second surgery. Received great service from everyone. Everyone showed great compassion, care, and professionalism.
