Great place to be in need of cc are my sister has been in Hamot for 5 days and they are so good to her , she couldn't be in a better " thank you Hamot , and to all the Drs and nurses and staff for making my sister your top priority !!
So, we had a hard time trying to figure out what building we were supposed to be in but, the staff was awesome giving us directions to get to the correct place.... THEN!!!, it went all downhill once we actually got to the office with having to wait an hour to get the Dr to see my son and we even showed up 15 minutes early... TERRIBLE scheduling with this place
If you have bluecross.. Dont bother makin an appointment. My appointment was going to cost me $550
What a wonderful Place I wouldn't go anywhere else for my care I wouldn't be walking today if it wasn't for the Doctors and the Nurses there .. Thank You <3
Thank you to the entire staff in Medicine that cared for our father. You time and compassion has not gone unnoticed. We met some wonderful people and had amazing care. God bless you all!!!
If I could give it zero I would. The only good upmc facility is children's hospital. The Nurse's and doctors are the only thing that makes it good. When it comes to the insurance....ha! What insurance. They don't give a crap about the patients. They think they know best but really they know nothing. My daughter has a life threatening illness but to them it's nothing.

I am 1 yr and 4 months out from my heart transplant. I would like to thank the transplant team and Dr Teutaberg for everything they do for me. Also Dr Bermutis for doing my transplant. Thank you so much Sandy Grace
