The friendliness, the cleanliness, the hospitality is great. SOooo Glad we were able to come here.
UPMC was our choice four years ago for my husband's double lung transplant. They continue to follow him and keep us well informed on all test results and updates. The staff on the transplant floor went above and beyond their nursing duties. They treated you like their family. Our doctors far exceeded our expectations and continue to do so to this day. We would highly recommend UPMC for lung transplant.
The staff was supper nice and attentive! Hospital was very clean, that's a big deal to me. Nurses in the operating room were also nice, from what I remember(happy juice). Only thing I will say is my operation was scheduled at 7:30 didn't go in till 8:45. Everything else was great!
Only place to go they helped my dad so much from having a brain tumor removed and having open heart surgery the staff and doctors are wonderful

No words could ever express my lack of confidence. There are many good nurses and staff at UPMC Montifore but those that ruined my and my family's happy ending with their constant mistakes and misdiagnosis ruined not only the life of a beautiful human being full of potential but a family who misses them dearly. Patient relations doesn't solve anything. Very disappointed in this conglomerate.

Good job having construction done all at once. Only handicap parking for valet parking??? The gentleman that told us that was pretty rude. Also the only parking ramp is getting worked on and only half of it is open. Thanks for making my mom walk a million steps and NOT getting her a wheel chair. She had to get her own when I had to DROP her off. And she just got 42 staples out of her stomach. Place is not a 4 star hospital in my book. Place is a joke.
Upmc took great care of me never had any complaints
