The worst service ever, I have been lied to by their facebook admin who promised twice that someone will be in contact and never was. I had to cancel my order through Amazon and if we don't get anywhere there I will sue them. the worst company ever
Terrible customer service. No one is available to answer phone calls, all you get is a voicemail box. I was given the wrong tracking number and when I emailed the company about the issue they just told me that was the correct number and blew me off. I received my package (and like I already figured) it WAS the wrong tracking number. As a first time customer I'm very disappointed and will not return or refer them to anyone. This is a scam company. They send out refurbished items in damaged boxes when you order new and will routinely lie to you over it. They also promised to fully cover my return shipping costs but never did, and actually threatened to SUE me over negative feedback on Amazon.
