I ordered a small item(iphone charger cable - $4) a week ago. Have not received it. When I called 4 times to inquire about the order, I got a voicemail message...NO ONE RETURNED THE CALL. I also sent an email 2 days ago to check on the order...NO ONE ANSWERED THE EMAIL. I have now sent an email to cancel the order and again...HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
I placed an order back in December for six toy phones. When I received the items they had stickers on the phones that stated "this is not a toy". I couldn't use these phones and contacted customer service. The guy that emailed me back (Michael) told me to send them back and I would get a refund. Then (Michael) let me know that they received the product back and my refund would be processed. They received these phone on January 6th of 2017 and it is now the end of April and I haven't received my refund and now Michael doesn't... read more

My package ordered 18 days ago is not here even though Walmart says it should have been delivered yesterday by the tracking #...which is bogus and goes nowhere, you never answer your phone, and the BBB reviews on you are horrible saying people never got their order, their card was charged 4x for the same thing when a reoccurring banner kept poping up asking for a CC#...You're giving Walmart a bad, or worse..name! Who are you people?!!! Next email will be to the FCC and Atty. Gen

Terrible customer service. Paid for expedited shipping, shipped several days late. Ordered black front to phone, they sent me gold. Sent several messages to them but they are unresponsive. BUYER BEWARE!!!
