It's 48 degrees outside. I had the thermostat cranked to 90 for 2 hours while out having dinner, & come back to a still very cold room. Call the front desk, she advises me they haven't switched over to heat yet & there's nothing I can do to control the temperature of my room. She offers another blanket which I decline (there's one in the closet I'll use), & a portable heater, which I accept. She called back a minute later to tell me they are out of heaters and suggests that I turn the unit off so the cold air doesn't keep bl... read more
I had a wonderful and spacious room! Everyone was friendly and helpful! I very much had a relaxing room to stay in was almost like home!!
We booked this hotel through Group on & got it at a very nice rate. It was convenient to the Arena , where we were attending an event. The hotel was clean and we did not experience the noise that others commented about. The outdoors pool was really nice; the breakfast buffet was good & the chef making the omelette so was very good & friendly. We were really treated well by all staff but the weekend staff was much friendlier & efficient than the weekday staff which seemed bored by their job. Overall, a good experience

We are very pleased! It is clean and well maintained. The fact that you have a choice between indoor and outdoor pool will have me forsure returning during the summer. The hot tub was AWESOME! DID I FORGET TO MENTION STARBUCKS!!!! Walking distance from TONS of stuff!5 stars because 10 wasn't an option or I would give it that!!!!!
My family and i stayed for 3 nights during spring break week. We absolutley loved it here...the staff was amazing..buffet food was wobderful...we loved the coffee shop!!! We enjoyed having a suite where our kids had their own space and TV...and we had our own space with Tv...loved the pool and hot tub and we loved that we were down town close to many places we wanted to visit!!! We will be back. Not everybody has bad experiences...so you can't always go by reveiws!!!
