Great hotel, friendly staff! I checked in Friday and was told I had been upgraded to the presidential suite because they were overbooked! It is amazing! Thank you UP Hotel! Hope to stay here again soon.
The room was SERIOUSLY dated, the air conditioner was awful, and our view was a roof with window frames stacked on it...I suspect when you book a discount room an online travel site, you get what you pay for. The pool & whirlpool were nice, and the staff friendly, but we won't stay there again
Great place. Comfy interior. Only short coming is no fridge or micro in room.
My wife and I went for lunch.It was a buffet.The salad portion was very good,and had a lot to choose from.The ham was very dry and burned.We told the lady that worked there and she went in back to the chef and asked him to change it.
The maintenance service was great. Lost power on our area of conference RM. They were right on top of it. RM service was great also. Buffet bar was yummy. Beautiful hotel/plaza.
