The staff was polite, but the room was something else. The door didn't close completely (when you could get it closed without slamming it), the floor was sticky (and it was on the carpet, so that made it worse), and there were items left under the sink (vanity for the bathroom) from previous guests. We got a deal on the room, however, when paying my credit card bill, I noticed there was an additional charge on my credit card for "purchases" that we did not make. This place has a nice breakfast buffet if you pay the right room rate and they have a nut case taking your voucher, if you don't talk right she will give it to you . The rooms don't have refrigerators, blue tooth outlets, and the smell is herendous, smell like wet dog. Maybe they need a filter change.

This place was really nice and will definitely stay here again. The bed was so very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I think I do like the king size bed rooms a bit better than two double beds rooms.
We were in Springfield for the Annual Step Up For Down event. Room was nice and beds were comfortable. We had to request maid service on the second day as the young lady cleaning skipped over our room even though she was right outside our door when we left for the event. Would have given. 5 otherwise.
