We are here for a conference, all stafff wew very gracious and went out of their way to assist.
Bed Bugs! Me and my coworker came down for a work trip and stayed in this hotel! The first night she noticed small bites the next night I did as well. When we reported this to the front desk and wanted to have our laundry washed before placing it in the new room they gave us they refused to wash are laundry! I will never stay at this hotel again! If I could add a photo to this reveiw I would, bites and bug droppings galore !!!! Worst hotel experience of my life!
I had bed bugs in my room and received numerous bites that required me to be seen by a doctor and get a prescription. The only thing the hotel did was move me rooms. When asked if they could wash my clothes so that I wouldn’t take anything home with me, they denied the presence of the bed bugs and stated that they would not do this. I have picture evidence. Very unsatisfied. Would not go back to this hotel.
What nice hotel doesn’t have a decent free cup of coffee for guests??? Not to mention it is one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. So poor sleep and no coffee has made for one grumpy guest.
Great staff, good food, clean rooms and loved the fire pits!
