Had to wait a couple hours past check in for our room, pool was closed, elevators were down for a 9 story hotel, rude front desk, and double charged us for our room. One night stay cost us $300 dollars! Was told we’d get half of it back in 3-5 days... Oh, and pretty sure that was an old blood stain on our sheets! Oh, and the person that was able to open our locked door in the middle of the night... Won’t be going back!
have stayed many years, keeps getting worse, dirty, floor in hall not swept for 7 days, drapes off of track in 2 rooms, no lighting in room ? said we could move rooms so there would be more natural lighting from windows. had to ask for soap, tissues, etc ? one elevator not in service. we will not return as guest.

I booked this on hotels.com so my room was paid for. I went to the motel and they charged my credit card an extra 60 something dollars. They said it was a mistake and was returning my money. They said it would take up to 10 business days which made me even more mad. They also charge you an extra 6 dollars a night just to stay there even if you don’t use their pool, fitness center ect..
Need high end vending machines at convention center.
The hotel is dated and neglected. There was a used wash cloth left in our bathroom and we had to complain twice before someone came and dealt with the problem. The breakfast was good.
Beautiful relaxing lobby bar!
