1. Pulled the covers back and there was someone’s hair all in it, called the front desk to bring new sheets.. took them an hour to bring them. 2. The water was cold the whole time we stayed. So no warm shower! Will not stay there again, was not worth $150 for one night
RecommendedPleasantly surprised at how spacious our suite was. Two large tvs,one in the sitting area and the other in the bedroom. Comfy king bed, very large bathroom, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, outlets built into the bedside lamps, individual room temperature control and lots of counter space. Did I mention free parking. All of this at a very reasonable room rate.
We had an event at University Plaza and Phoenix was SO awesome!!! So accommodating and helpful, our event turned out awesome!!! Thanks!!
late check in of 4pm. rooms for multiple people are not ready and had an event to get ready for at 6pm. will never stay here and never ever recommend this place.
We stayed here for a business conference and never again! The staff was rude, the restaurant staff was also on accommodating and rude. The bar was never open although they advertise they have a bar. I made reservations and had a confirmation number through their site and they refused to honor it and put me in a room with the view Of a wall and three air conditioners. I reserved a king room. This is a terrible place to stay.
Love the place a lot of amenities for met tings excellent service
The hotel is pet friendly, breakfast buffet is great and staff are friendly and attentive.
Too expensive for what you get which is nothing really but a nice pool and coffee in the room. Toilet had an issue ran constantly had to wiggle handle. Room was spacious with view of pool. Big Crack in tile Along bathroom wall in shower. Room looked tired, needed refreshed. Nice lobby and waiting area.
Good hotel except one of the elevators was broken all week and they never got it fixed. Very inconvenient for everyone. Breakfast was great daily.
