Had an amazing night at the convention center seeing our gym compete in an mma event thank you very much
Well I absolutely love the architecture and everything else but I don't like how expensive the buffet is, the Starbucks doesn't use gift cards, and they barely have anything on the room service menu.
The premises were great, Clean rooms....No brochure or notebook in the room with numbers to call and we WERE Hungry. I called the front desk for the number to Domino's and she asked me. "Did you Google It". Seriously???? There is not even a phone book in the room. So I guess I was just bothering her.
Great hotel. Convenient to MO. State arena. Sincerely appreciated the MOD doing a "well check" on a relative who was with us.
I attended our company's Christmas party here. The food that was catered was cold, tasted horrible, and the bread that was served was completely hard and stiff as a bored. The bathroom trash was overflowing and a mess. Also some of the wait staff looked like they plucked them off the street. One young ladies hair was not combed or tied back, her nails were filthy and she had terrible body odor...... First visit. Great location near MSU and the Cardinals! Manager went the extra mile to handle a groupon issue. Was impressed. I left a satisfied customer. King room remodeled, nice and spacious. Would stay again.
our stay was very disappointing. The hot tub was cold for three days. The room was somewhat clean, water pressure was bad. Upon trying to warm up in the shower from the hot tub we after 5 min. the water turned scalding hot in both the hot and cold facets. They had a large group and although I think it is ok to celebrate, at 1:00 am it sounded like a football stadium. To top it off the young cleaning lady decided to make a unannounced entrance to our room at 4:30 in the afternoon. I do not plan on visiting this hotel again.
