Great hotel experience. Beautiful room & accommodating staff.
Had my car broken into, no one seemed to care. No fridge or microwave as promised. No pull out sofa as promised. Never a shuttle available. No bellman or cart ever available. Front desk unknowledgeable of directions or recommendations for dining. Halls and many rooms were dirty. Not a great experience. On the other hand...Heather in the Grove spa was the nicest person. She was great getting a mani pedi. Nice, considerate and funny. She made my day.
It has such potential to receive 4 stars, but it just didn't work. First... INVASION OF THE FRUIT FLIES. They are EVERYWHERE!!! I killed no less than 20 in my room, but when I opened the room door, more flew in. Just as bad in the lobby. Room service menu is decent but we ordered for several people and only got one napkin. There was almost no toilet paper when we checked in, so we called for more. Two hours later we had to call back and ask again. I really liked your service and enjoyed grove spa last night. The interior was good and clean because of well trained housekeeping staff. Really, Impressed..!!! Always recommended to others and will choose you again, for future stay
Well 11pm almost people running around halls screaming and my door doesnt lock very well AT ALL. NOT a happy mamma tired from travel and a broken hot tub to boot.
