Clean. Easy access. Complimentary drink for my birthday. Bathrooms are super small in King rooms.
We stayed here for a family weekend trip and had an awful experience. There were several large groups this weekend but the hotel was severely understaffed. We were told that what we had originally booked weeks before was no long available so they had to upgrade us to an executive sweet. Excellent! However- had to stay up until nearly 1am waiting for sheets to our roll out bed. We were awakened at 2am by someone at the door who started kicking the door when we wouldn't let him in. Management is checking on The response from Security. Felt threatened and unsafe. Management could not offer anything to is except an apology since we used Expedia. Not a good experience. The hotel can't control their guests, but they can take better care of the guest who have bad experiences.
Just saw the holiday thanks to the military spot on TV, it seemed like you singled out active duty but forgot or purposely omitted the reserves and national guard...
My family and I stay here everytime we come to town. The breakfast is wonderful and spa is awesome. The only thing that needs to be changed are the beds. Went to front desk and talked to manager and asked about the beds. She stated all beds will be changed by 2016. Yeah!!!
Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids trough Hotwire. We were given a room with 1 king size bed for all 4 of us to sleep in. That's unacceptable. This will be the last time we book with you.
