Unbelievable. I went to the ER, which is in network for Cigna, and was serviced by doctor that is not in network. The doctor's group are refusing Cigna's negotiated rates and only discounting $150 off an $1105 bill. What a terrible experience.
The people were exceptionally caring, explained everything they were doing, and assuaged all my concerns during a very stressful time. I would recommend them over any other hospital I've been to in MD.
