Recently needed an mri. Spoke with Sylvi. Took her almost 30 mins to schedule. She called me back the next day questioning my insurance because it’s says Anthem which is out of CA and I’m MD. Even though both my girls had been in there this month, refused to verify all the information on file including a copy of my card. She was rude and hung up on me.
You guys should be ashamed of yourself! I have been waiting 5 hours with flu symptoms in the lobby! Utterly ridiculous! If I hadn’t wasted so much time already, I would walk out! Do better, terrible service

RecommendedI have never felt so personally cared for from any of my other doctors or their staff as I have as a patient of this practice. I did the centering pregnancy program and it was amazing. The nurses, OBs, secretaries and midwives are compassionate, prompt, well informed and have a practical can-do kind of attitude. I highly reccomend them!
