I went here back in October 2012 for very bad abdominal pain and cramping. I went there and had a rectal exam to check for blood in my stool and the doctor was very arrogant and seemed he didn't want to be bothered by me being there as if it were absurd I even came in he ran some blood test told me it was gastritis and prescribed me some meds and sent me on my way fast forward one day I went back to work and decided you know what I'm going to take a pregnancy test and guess what? The doctor and anistgiologist were very good. The baby's delivery nurse never performed the skin to skin contact with me and my baby which upset me greatly. She also spelled my son's name wrong on his footprints and sloppily crossed it out and re-wrote it. I do not recommend the Postpartum Unit. Not good consistant care from the nurses - some would take great care and check me and the baby appropriately, some you questioned if they were neglecting other patients as they were you. Twice in a month and half had to go to St Joe's and everyone was wonderful! Very attentive and friendly and do a wonderful job. Thank you!
My wife had a procedure at St. Joseph yesterday. We were very impressed with everyone we had contact with. From check in to check out each staff member was so pleasant and helpful. Thanks to everyone
