Recommendedhusband had neck surgery last weekhe stayed 3 days everyone in ortho post surgery was awesome the surgeon and staff were wonderful! everytime I left his room i got lost and there was always an employee there to guide me..... janitors too and everyone in the cafeteria made my time there go very well.. my husband had great service and i had great service i am truly thankful for our experience at the payson hospitalTHANK YOU!
Worst. Hospital. Ever. Front desk was unfriendly. I got clocked by the nurse with the thermometer. Who laughed about me being in pain and then refused to let me finish a single sentence. The Dr come in and 5 minutes into it just left the conversation and never came back in. 20 minutes go by and I am waiting for discharge papers that would be basically saying ibuprofen and Tylenol. RecommendedDr Farley operated on my back. He did an amazing job. I want to recognize all the staff on the orthopedic floor, all the beautiful sweet nurses and Cna’s as well as the handsome cna’s and the awesome handsome physical therapists that took care of me. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. I had my son at this hospital as well and that was 30 years ago. It has become a better hospital.Love you all.JD and Milissa Day
Took my daughter who cut her head open. Waited an hour or so, doctor comes in looked at her for about 3 seconds. Gave me a bandaid and told me it probably wouldn’t work, then they sent me a bill for $1000

This facility gave my grandmother COVID and sent her home to die instead of providing her proper treatment. She returned multiple times, getting worse and worse. Her COVID case passed on to my family and I am sure those around her - how is this not considered a super spreading location? A total failure of the medical system. I wouldn't trust the hospital to adequately dress a surface wound. If you have the option, do not go into this hospital without being vaccinated (or pepared) for COVID.
