I was recently admitted to the hospital. I am 33.5 weeks pregnant. I tested positive for the flu and pneumonia in my left lung. The baby was doing well and the pregnancy quickly took a back seat. My breathing was terrible. The PA in the ED was phenomenal along with my RN. The PA worked quickly with Capitol Womens Care my OB, to figure out a game plan. I was moved to unit 7. I went to the ER for back pain, vomiting and chills. I was seen right away had surgery for a kidney stone that caused infection. I needed to stay for four days. I had the best care. The doctors and nurses were incredible. To nurse Mary in post op, Sandra and Ashley in ICU, and Sue on the 6th floor. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was very sick and you were honest, caring and wonderful to my family. Thank you Thank you Thank you �
