I went into the ER on 7/618 wiith severe back pain and they found it to be my gall bladder! I was admitted that night and spent 5 days but thank goodness they were very thoral and didnt just go in and remove or it would have been 10 times worse! I had the two best nurses Cynthia & Daniel the whole time I was there except my last day! I want to thank them for getting me thru this difficult time! and the surgeon was Awesome!!! Thank you everyone for all your care!

Sat there for six hours in the emergency room for them to tell me absolutely nothing is wrong when I’m in so much pain and told me I have acid reflux. Bullshit.
5 Star care 7 East & 7 West staff were AWESOME!! The level of care you receive is top notch! They address your health concerns in depth and work tirelessly until you are feeling 100% again.
If I could give less than one star I would. I had an issue at an offsite doctor’s office. Tried to file a official complaint. I was blown off by patient advocate person. Given the wrong phone number by another staff member. I’ll stick with JHU and Howard County General.
