Long story short they will be receiving a strongly worded letter in a couple of weeks! Doctors there need tO STEP BACK AND LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS, LISTEN TO THE SYMPTOMS....JUST LISTEN. Not just walk in and out and put a �and move on. The nurses were awesome and truly cared!!

On 8/25/2017 at about 7PM, I called 911 because of heart palpitations that had lasted all day. I had felt irregular heartbeats for over a week. I saw my PCP on Wednesday, 8/23 to discuss the issue. We set up an outpatient treatment plan at that point. On Friday, the palpitations, shortness of breath & occasional pain became scary to me, that’s when I called 911. St Joseph Hospital in Towson is a great hospital I used to work there when I was a teenager and my mom worked their for 39 years I'm glad my daughter had her baby boy this Monday great hospital.
