RecommendedI had the best experience at this hospital for the birth of my 3rd child. After giving birth previously at Los Robles and Tarzana, this hospital and staff FAR exceeded my expectations. The rooms are HUGE, clean, and modern. The labor and delivery nurses are exceptional- particularly the charge nurse Michelle. She went above and beyond to do everything possible to assist in my labor. She’s incredible!!!!! The mother and baby nurses are great and responsive, as well. just don't. doctors are ok. In office staff is not helpful. sat on the phone for over 30mins 2 times. went to the office and staff members said she made appointment but never showed up on my chart. She honestly made me feel like it was my fault for a so called missed appointment that i was told that i cancelled witch i didn't case i was told dr. would not be in office that day and someone would reschedule the appointment and they never did. also had blood work don't for both my father and i they never even reached out about ... read more

Worst Hospital in Orlando... Nurses Does Not Have Empathy, Does Not Care Anything About Patients, They Just Came For a Check ... They came in the rooms without even announcing, Don’t Care if You Received or Take your Medications.. Worst Experience, WORST HOSPITAL 🤬 NEVER RECOMMEND ... 4th Floor HORRIBLE SERVICES... The nursing staff is a joke the hospital must be desperate for a nursing staff to ever hire the nurses I experienced I warn you please do not go there if all possible I can believe there 3 out of 5 nurse rating is even that good I expected alot worse it wouldn't surprise me that the nursing staff had the grand parents fill.out the reviews. it would help if you didn't leave people sobbing in the hallway for hours and be at least as concerned about the people who are there for treatment as you are about making sure that no visitors remain in the area. I waited 4+ hours before deciding that I could be just as miserable in my own house than in your facility.
