I had such an amazing experience at this hospital. I was in so much pain when I arrived and in bad shape. The waiting room was a little packed and I waited for a while but once I got into the back I recieved excellent care. Noone could really tell me what was wrong in emergency, but after staying the night in emergency and getting moved to a permanent room I had the most amazing nurses and doctors. We were sent from Patient First for a CT scan because it was believed my daughter, who was in excruciating pain, had appendicitis. Nearly four and a half hours later she was finally given the scan. The waiting room was not crowded at the time of our arrival. After the scan it was decided she needed a sonogram. No one explained the procedure to her. Once I got to the ED yesterday with what I thought may have been some serious problems with my head, there was only maybe 2 people ahead of me and it took 2 hours for me to get a room because of the ambulances. Then another hour before I could see the doctor. The doctor was very nice and the nurses were understanding but the wait time was so long for nobody being there. But the nurses and doctors were very kind and understanding. Once I got the medicine I needed I started to feel much better. I'm sure this place is MUCH BETT... read more
