Everyone is so pleasant and work well together. They are always willing to keep you comfortable.
A reasonable person, with good common sense, will understand the time constraints of a Doctor in seeing, diagnosing and treating patients, as well as urgent calls, emergencies arising. This can set-back a doctors' schedule considerably! How about a "patient's schedule"? Losing pay, relying on well timed transportation to get there at the "fifteen minutes early" slot, only to be put-off for over an hour, and being told, "we don't validate parking"?? The staff was friendly kind and helpful., great experience
Long wait time in the ED. There was one nurse and one CNA that was nice the rest acted like they had a chip on their shoulders. Customer service was horrible. Had to physically walk to the nursing station because no one would answer the call light. In six hours time the nurse came into the room one time and the tech 2 times to do vital signs. They kept trying to stick my husbands finger to check his blood sugar and he is not diabetic. No one offered to bring my husband water or coffee or explain how he was to get food. I rea... read more
Came here for a continuing education course. This place was beautiful, clean and everyone was very nice. They took care of us every morning and afternoon providing beverages and snacks. The subway there was very fresh and quick. Thank you. Very nice experience.
My 2016 experience in the emergency room and hospital observation unit was first rate. I was impressed with the hospital's cleanliness and its friendly and compassionate staff. Also, a family member was at another hospital and wouldn't eat because of the poor quality of food. The meal choices and quality of food at UMSJMC were quite satisfying.
