Can’t get through the desk after calling 3 times . 1st at time I was on hold for 48 mins . 2nd 30 mins . 3rd time 20 mins . I never even spoke to anyone .

You are shutting a vital health care clinic in rural PA and expect people to drive hours every week for necessary care and redo expensive testing in the middle of a pandemic. You have no concern for the hundreds of patients who are now lacking doctors and the regular shots they require. Or the staff losing jobs in a pandemic. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

My brother was transported here from Guthrie Cortland on Monday 12/21/2020. Myself, and my family members, are highly disgusted with the administration here. I’m a nurse, and well aware of the pandemic, and of covid, however, I also know that rules can be bent for certain circumstances. My brother was a 41 year old man that was born disabled, with Spina Bifida. My mom was his power of attorney, health care proxy, and most importantly his biggest supporter.
