RecommendedChoiceOne is a very nice, clean facility. This was my first visit and I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The check-in process was easy and my insurance was accepted. I was seen quickly and didn't have to wait but I noticed the waiting area looked very comfortable and clean. I was examined and treated by the Nurse Practitioner who was knowledgeable and caring. I didn't know what to expect but was really glad I chose to go to ChoiceOne Urgent Care. I prefer ChioceOne over other Urgent Cares I have been to.

Recommendedgreat customer service! you also have the option to make an appointment or add you name to the wait list by phone or online. This particular night patient first had over a 2hr wait with no appointment options, walk in only. Urgent Care was able to give me a choice of 3 different appointment times, the first one being only 20 minutes from my call. They will be our first call next time!

My 2.5 year old son has nursemaids elbow (his elbow dislocates easily) I told them this is what it was when we got there. They still insisted on doing an X-ray of my sons shoulder and elbow. When the X-ray came back, the nurse practitioner, Rachel Houck, said they couldn’t see any dislocation and proceeded to try to move his arm around to try to pop his shoulder back into place (keep in mind she was moving his arm around while his elbow is still dislocated) Told me she couldn’t feel anything wrong with it, but maybe he just ... read more
