Giving it one star, if I could I would give it no stars. This is NOT the place you want to have your baby. The nurses yell at you, don't let you out of bed(even before your water breaks), and they will pull on you when they are "frustrated". My advice, don't go there.
I went to UMC and I had the worst customer service ever and people there are really rude especially the pharmacy department and supervisors there, and they take a long time to give you the services you need there. What happen to the good hospital service.
De lo peor!! Solo hicieron que mi papá sufriera mucho toda una noche!! No le pudieron controlar el dolor insoportable de su riñon, solo le administraban medicamento para el dolor que ni si quiera le hacía efecto, ni si quiera le dieron medicamentos para la inflamación de su riñon, el medicamento que le dieron no sirve para el problema que trae, la verdad fue una experiencia desagradable.. lo bueno que en Juárez lo están atendiendo de lo mejor, ya le están administrando medicamento que si es para su problema de piedras en riñ... read more
I was hospitalized like 2 days n the doctor n nurses were really great.
Pues a decir verdad yo en lo personal no puedo dar mi opinión si es un buen servicio médico o de mala calidad, pero la esposa e hijos de mi cuñado están muy tranquilos ahora que mi cuñado esta siendo atendido en ese hospital, porque estuvo 5 días en terapia intensiva en el hospital poliplaza medica aquí en juarez y no se vio ninguna mejoría, incluso uno de los médicos dijo que mi cuñado tendría pocas horas de vida, y una vez que lo trasladaron al paso Texas, desde el inicio en la ambulancia se notó la diferencia de la atenci... read more
