The staff in the ASU and ICU department are phenomenal. I have nothing but great things to say about these departments. Had it not been for them, my wife would not be here today. Once the CEO and CFO found out my wife was in the ICU they checked in on us. I can’t say how great that made me feel. As an employee they made me feel like family. Priceless...
I have only good things to say about the staff at UMC. Everyone was extremely kind and caring during my hospital stay. Very professional. I would choose this hospital over Providence any day of the week. I knew I waas in good hands at UMC. The ladies that work in ambulatory surgery are AMAZING. (Norma Jacquez was so great!). The only complaint I have is the food was lacking...Just kind of dry and bland. Thanks to everyone there who took care of me.
I am 77 years old. I do not recall a more frustrating, non-communicative, experience that I have had the last 18 months. I have changed insurance company so I no longer have to be involved with this organization.
I hated UMC Hospital but the last two times that my grandma has been here they treat her like a family member. She is not another dollar, or another body on a bed and to me that's priceless. To all the Drs and nurses attending my grandma on the 6th floor THANK YOU!
Worst hospital ever !! A six hour wait ?!!!! It's ridiculous I surely do not recommend no one to come here .Staff here is rude and gets fustraded with patients.
This hospital was horrible! I went in for a medical emergency via ambulance and the doctor had a diagnosis before i got inside. Was treated for and diagnosed with something i had zero symptoms for. Also, im a medic so its not like im getting all this from webmd. I have consulted other physicians and they cant believe the hospital released me with what i experienced.
