RecommendedMinus the wait being so long I came after having 2 teeth pulled and in severe pain with no medicine, they helped me be at ease fast as possible, and when it became unbearable for me the nurse was trying to keep me calm and relaxed minus the fact my pain level was beyond the sky (it felt like) i recommend this place only downfall is the wait.

Very thankful for the ER nurses at UMC and the 9th floor nurses in the Children's Hospital. My 2 year old suffered an accident and all the nurses where super sweet and caring. The physicians immediately introduced themselves and explained who was in charge of what. Two of the nurses who stayed in charge at the ER even let my son use their phone to comfort him. Have had to fight, monthly, on an $80 Bill that is covered by insurance, for the past 11 months. They admit that it was a coding and processing issue yet they can't figure out how to correct the issue. Lots of "We called the insurance company and theyre going to call me back" responses from them for the majority of the past year. This is the second issue we have had with them. I have serious questions about their ability to administer this facility as well as their desire to be "patient focused".
Involved in a Motorcycle accident with a possible fractured right leg for my wife and I. Waiting outside of your triage area and a nurse runs over my foot with a cart. Then asks if she hit me because she didn’t feel anything while I’m sitting there in severe pain. Trash facility. Also- thanks for triaging a pimple on someone’s head over possible fractures.
por mi propia experiencia hasta ahora es él mejor servicio que e recibido.. Sólo que muy alto económicamente pero en la salud no se debe escatimar y en si son accesibles en la manera de pagar.
I was admitted in the hospital i noticed that the nurses where in a rush . i toke a shower the light shower didn't work and the hand rails were lose as well they didnt fully explain the instructions how to call the nurse and how to function the TV .and the longest wait to get a room was ridiculous
My husband's black wallet was taken from his belongings of all things while admitted during surgery. If anyone has "found" his wallet instead of "taking" his black wallet, please turn it in to the lost and found. He was in the ASU the longest waiting on 5/25/18 from 10am-1pm waiting.
