I hated UMC Hospital but the last two times that my grandma has been here they treat her like a family member. She is not another dollar, or another body on a bed and to me that's priceless. To all the Drs and nurses attending my grandma on the 6th floor THANK YOU!
Worst hospital ever !! A six hour wait ?!!!! It's ridiculous I surely do not recommend no one to come here .Staff here is rude and gets fustraded with patients.
This hospital was horrible! I went in for a medical emergency via ambulance and the doctor had a diagnosis before i got inside. Was treated for and diagnosed with something i had zero symptoms for. Also, im a medic so its not like im getting all this from webmd. I have consulted other physicians and they cant believe the hospital released me with what i experienced. Dont come here if you have anxiety attacks,took about 3 and half hours in the waiting room to get any sort of actual medicine.Also the doctor asked me literally quote "What do you want us to do for it?""You need to see a specialist,we dont treat anxiety here".�
Worst run and must unprofessionals place I've ever done business with... Will kick you out with no care. -Claims will send home health to help once discharged... Nope! Not even once. -Claims will provide what even medical needs to finish recovery at home. Nope! No medication. No walker. No wheel chair. No physical therapy. NOTHING. HONESTLY I WOULD RATHER DIE IN THE STREET... THEN EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.
