Honestly so disappointed. When you’re in the medical field your only concern should be someone else’s life. At this hospital if you’re paying self pay they look down on you. They treat you like scum. And it’s disgusting. How do you call yourself a teaching hospital? You’re creating more money hungry doctors. If you worried more about the patients than the bill then this could be a great hospital. Stopped by the Westside satellite clinic on Saturday with orders for an Ultrasound. I was told "No Sono's were working on Saturday." The very courteous & professional receptionist then called the main hospital & was also told "No Sono's were on duty. I would have to call on Monday for an appointment." Would have liked to have completed my sonogram on Saturday while I was at the clinic. Please consider hiring a Sonographer for Saturdays at the Westside Clinic.
