I have had my share of bad experiences here, but on August 4th, I had a very good experience. I came in with a very high temperature and abdominal pain. Within minutes of signing in, I was taken in and taken care of. Very nice staff. My nurse was great, my doctor was great. Even fed me and my mother. University Medical Center has come a long way. Keep up the good work.

Worse Hospital and service ever. This staff had 0 compassion to the patients Drs dont talk to you or tell u whats going on i hated i rather die at home!!!!�����
Well of course it was a long 9 hour wait to see a nurse in the ER and then another 5 hours just to get a CT Scan as well. The ER was a horrable but our Nurse Amber was doing her best to make a bad situation better she actually got tired of waiting for a tech and she took my son for his CT Scan her self the ER experience and a very long 13 hour day. After a 5 am CT Scan my son was rushed into Surgery from there on the service from the staff was top notch. The recovery room staff was great and very kind and never to busy to an... read more
